Raha Saremi​, PhD, MBA
Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Raha Saremi is the founder and CEO of EcoaTEX. She is an inventor, entrepreneur, and experienced polymer, fiber, and textile scientist and consultant specializing in circular fashion and sustainable and innovative textiles with over seven years of experience in management, leadership, and mentoring and eighteen years of experience in engineering, research, and product development.
Anne McInnis, PhD
Chief Operating Officer

Anne McInnis is a design and product development specialist in textiles, fashion, and the built environment. As an industry professional for over four decades, she has developed and created products and textiles for global apparel and soft furnishings brands, as well as international textile mills. Her expertise encompasses the entire supply chain, from fiber to finished products to retail, including trend analysis and business strategy, merchandising, marketing, and branding.
Beth Weigle, PhD
Chief Marketing and Sustainability Officer

B​eth Weigle is a textile and dress scholar with a background in growing and developing sustainability-driven, women-owned local businesses in the fashion industry. For 10 years, she has taught fashion students and businesses innovative sustainable practices. Her expertise in forecasting and communicating healthy alternatives for social and environmental wellness aids companies in the longevity of their financial stability, and, more importantly, their accountability.

Stacy A. Chick​

Stacy Chick is the Founder of Synthesis Advisory Consulting, which administers consulting & advisory services to innovative life sciences firms commercializing assets in the US. She has served as CEO of KIYATEC, a commercial-stage firm using its own 3D cell culture technology to change the future of cancer care by accurately predicting patient response to therapies before treatment begins. She also served as Managing Partner of Gemini Genomics LLC, a commercial life sciences consulting firm advising private and publicly traded companies in therapeutic and molecular diagnostic commercial strategies, reimbursement pathways, and operational approaches.
Elise Contarsy

As Chief Executive Officer of Ombre, Elise Contarsy is a creative executive with extensive experience in merchandising, media, and marketing. She has led successful brand-building programs of significant scale for Martha Stewart and Better Homes & Gardens. Her experience spans omni-channel retailing, private label, branding, licensing, multi-channel marketing, content, and product development.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ESP Trendlab and The Trendpreneurs, Ellen Sideri is internationally recognized for her work in the field of trend forecasting, social research, and the development and growth of the trend forecasting industry-at-large in the United States and Canada. Founded in 1979, Ellen’s company, ESP Trendlab, has consulted with almost 1000 leadership brands worldwide on the state of design, emerging socio-cultural movements, and their impact on product design, brand positioning, marketing, and consumer lifestyle.
